For over a decade, I have had the privilege of serving the mental health community. In 2013 I graduated from Azusa Pacific University, with a Masters of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. Throughout my education I worked as a Case Manger providing and finding appropriate services for my clients. I became fully licensed as a Marriage and Family Therapist in 2018 and have continued serving my clients diligently. My approach focuses on family systems and strengthening attachment bonds. I work with individuals who are motivated in trying to figure out how to navigate stressful roles, challenging relationships, anxiety, depression, ADHD, life disruptions, religion and spirituality, and the ever changing dynamics of motherhood.
